A detailed confirmation, including information about the registration type, products selected, payment information, receipt, etc. will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Please retain this acknowledgement for your records. Should you not receive a confirmation, please contact the AAPG Customer Experience Center by email or phone at 1 918 584 2555 or 800 364 2274 (toll free - US & Canada only). Save time on site by bringing your confirmation that includes a barcode. Badges and tickets will be printed when you check in on site.
Cancellations can be made by following instructions on your confirmation or contact the AAPG Customer Experience Center by email, telephone, or mail by 10 January. Cancellations received on or before 10 January will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee.
Online Registration Instructions
When you register:
> If you have an AAPG user account, you can access registration by using your log-in Username and Password.
> If you do not have an AAPG user account, you will need to create a Username and Password by clicking the Create Account button below where you will be re-directed to the AAPG Online Store and follow the below steps:
- Complete the fields labeled First Name, Last Name and Email then click Next
- Create your Profile by completing the information.
Please make note of the Password you create as this will be your Login Password.
- Check your email for your Login/Username
- Go back to the registration page where you will enter your Username/Login (provided via email) and your password (from the Create Profile Page)
- After you Login, you will be able to confirm your Demographics Information on the next two screens before proceeding to the registration options and price detail screen
